An insightful, dynamic Administrator Mr. Sufiyan Choudhary an enrolled of IIM-C , brings to us rich corporate experience of spanning 15 years in Top notch organizations. Having Global exposure as Asia head, He felt a wide void in our education system which is far from being world class and led to set up an institution which is not only rooted in Indian Values but globally accepted and experiential. His ideal education is one that inculcates in students the knowledge, skills, values and competencies of a lifelong learner. In a rapidly changing world, students need to learn to be adaptable, creative, collaborative, open minded and innovative. He believes it is not sufficient to educate students who are going to be academically brilliant, nail every standardized test and get transcripts, but also enable students to be resilient, self-confident, able to handle adversity, uncertainty, or ambiguity, who can learn to navigate a new and challenging situation and thus his commitment to social, emotional and ethical learning (SELL)-to educate and nurture the whole responsible person
